My name is Denis. My musical roots are deeply grounded in the alternative scene of the '90s, with a particular love for sounds that drift between indie rock, shoegaze, post-punk and noise rock. In my own way, I've always tried to support and promote independent rock music. I spent six years doing exactly that as the president and music programmer of a community radio station in the south of France, where I championed emerging artists and underground bands. I'm also a musician in an independent rock band myself, so I know firsthand what it takes to keep a DIY project alive: self-producing records, endless rehearsals, releasing music on your own terms, and constantly fighting to get your songs heard.
